Welcome to the Greater Philadelphia Diversity Collaborative!
Our hope is that, through this site, you not only learn about the Collaborative and what we do but that you also find a variety of useful resources and discover opportunities to connect with others doing this important work. On this site, you will find the GPDC mission and history and information about membership and upcoming events.
We seek to provide resources and guidance to pre-school to eighth-grade schools who might not otherwise be able to engage their communities in conversations about equity, inclusion, and anti-racist practices. These are smaller schools with limited budgets, schools without a diversity coordinator, or schools that are just beginning the work.
The Collaborative is an active group that meets regularly to reflect on our own values, biases, and practices and to plan engaging events for the schools we serve and interested educators. We invite you to explore this site and connect with us if the mission of the GPDC resonates with you.
